Natalie began pursuing her real estate career in 2005 registering with the Ontario Real Estate College while attending Widdifield Secondary School in North Bay, Ontario, where she proceeded to graduate with honors in both English and Business, while majoring in Nipissing University visual arts, becoming a member of the National Poetry Society and studying French and Spanish.

Natalie obtained her real estate licence by successfully completing Phase 1 – Land Structures and Real Estate Trading, Phase 2 – The Real Estate Transaction, Course 3 – Advanced Residential Real Estate Transaction, The Commercial Real Estate Transaction, and joining the Canadian Real Estate Association and the Real Estate Council of Ontario. Natalie was also the executive assistant at her local Real Estate board in North Bay, learning the fundamental grounds of the Real Estate and Business Brokers Act and mandatory guidelines and codes of ethics from the Real Estate Council of Ontario. She also partook in the following courses to not only better assist her clients and provide accurate responses to Q&A, but to work diligently with fellow Realtors and conduct her business respectfully.

In the years to follow, Natalie furthered her Real Estate education by successfully completing Real Property Law and Principles of Appraisals while being mentored by her mother, a Broker of Record and an instructor for the Ontario Real Estate Association, along with training and mentoring from Richard Robins and Chris Leader of Leaders Edge Real Estate Training. She had also joined the North Bay Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals.

Come fall of 2014, Natalie moved to Ottawa, working as the Manager for Oxford Learning Centers in Barrhaven and Nepean and joined the Ottawa Real Estate Board where she worked alongside a reputable Broker of Record in Manotick.
In 2016, Natalie successfully completed Principles of Property Management and the Real Estate Brokers Course. Natalie became a registered Broker of Record in the Ottawa region and brings home an array of market and consumer knowledge across the Northern and Eastern regions of Ontario.

Natalie is happy to announce her return to the North Bay Real Estate Board advancing from a Sales Representative to a fellow Real Estate Broker and welcome’s all past, present and future clients with open arms and assures an unprecedented level of customer service.

In past years, Natalie studied at Nipissing University in Criminal Law, Psychology, Social Welfare and Advanced English and is a former Algonquin College student to Business Accounting and Business Administration. She has also been educated in Real Estate Bookkeeping and Real Estate Accounting with diverse knowledge between the primary real estate trades and accounting programs and software’s

This varied work experience has given me the ability to be analytical and detail-oriented with extensive experience in coordinating, planning and supporting daily operational and administrative functions. Most importantly, professional and outstanding interpersonal skills, customer service, leadership and organizational skills that are all key to exceptional client care that you deserve.
